RETURNS POLICY

What is your return policy?      

Thanks for shopping KnoxLayne Boutique. Please inspect once receiving.  If there is damage to your items Please contact us at hollie@KnoxLayneBoutique.com or call us at 1-800-348-6110 within 5 days of receiving your items.  We realize that maybe that item or items that you have purchased did not work to your liking if so here is our return policy.  

Our Returns Policy is as follows:

Returns are for in store credit only.
Store credit expires one year from date of issue.
All sale items, jewelry, or accessories are NON-Refundable
You are responsible for shipping charges associated with your return back to Knoxlayne Boutique, items must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving the order.
All return items must be damage free, smoke free, makeup free, deodorant free, stain free, free of pet hair, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. 

KnoxLayne Boutique is not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling .


Please allow up to 5-10 business days to process.  We will send you an email confirmation when we complete.
